If you are ordering from outside Belgium but within the EU and hold an intra-Community VAT number, please remember to provide it when placing your order. The VAT charged on the goods (excluding shipping costs) will subsequently be refunded to you via the payment provider Mollie.

For orders above € 3000, the price of transport by truck in the following regions is included:
• Belgium / Luxembourg: all provinces
• The Netherlands: the provinces of North Brabant and Limburg
• Northern France: departments 59, 60, 62 and 80.
The transport costs will be refunded to you a few days later via Mollie, the payment provider, or paid directly into your account if you paid by bank transfer.

If the order is smaller than € 3000, transport cannot be reimbursed.

In other regions 50 % of the transport cost are reimbursed when the order exceeds 3000 €.
